Is the program certified?

  • Yes, Northern Utah Orthodontic Assisting School is certified and registered with the Division of Consumer Protection. Under the Utah Post-secondary Propriety Act, any trade or technical school, which offer post-secondary education, is required to register before operating in the state of Utah. Their mission is to protect the consumer from unfair or deceptive business practices, and assure that no false or misleading claims are being made.

How do I sign up?

  • Enrollment is so easy! Simply “register now” under the registration section, fill out your application, and we will contact you for your personal interview, or you can give us a call.

How long does the program run?

  • Including your internship, our program is (9) months. We offer (2) different time periods. Classes begin in August-with graduation in May, or class begins in March-with graduation in November. Our program will give you the education and training you need to have an advantage over the thousands of untrained applicants that are turned away!

Are classes scheduled during the evening or daytime?

  • Both! We feel it is crucial for our students to be able to have hands-on experience by working on actual patients, so we have designed our program to allow this to happen, holding class one morning a week, while the orthodontic office is open. We also realize that people have jobs and other responsibilities, so we also hold class one night a week as well.

What does the program cost?

  • Tuition is as low as $2275.00 per semester. All materials and student fees are included. We offer several different payment options to help make your training and education as affordable as possible.

What are the payment options you offer?

  • After the $50 application/registration fee, we offer (2) different payment options.  #1. Pay $2275 per semester. #2. Make (10) monthly payments of $468.50 (monthly payments cost you an additional $135 in tuition) Payment is due the first of August if you are enrolled for classes beginning in August, or due February 1st if you are enrolled for classes beginning in March.

What certifications will I graduate with?

  • You will receive your Radiography training certificate, CPR certification, as well as your certification from the Northern Utah Orthodontic Assisting School as a certified orthodontic assistant.
